Dinner…for a week?

Here is a picstitch of the dinner I made last night. First I cooked onions, pepper and sweet potatoes in a pan. Then added Trader Joes chicken apple sausage. After it was all cooked together I put some of it on a 100% Whole Wheat Wrap, put a little mozzarella and made a quesadilla out of it with a side of homemade kale chips. Love trying new dinners (I have so much left over) that are healthy and delicious! I got this idea from a running/healthy eating blog that I read- so good!

Can’t believe it is only Tuesday! Looking forward to going for a run tomorrow afternoon 🙂 

PS: Loved that this song came on when I was at the gym on Monday and it was pouring outside.

It’s on my iPhone because I have it on iTunes for Shared Reading with my kids- such a great song to do with kids!!
