Baby it’s cold outside!

Brrrr…. Not a fan of this cold weather, I wouldn’t mind winter to stay in the 50s (40s if it has to). It is going to be hard to go for a run when it’s in the 20s. Guess I am going to have to stock up on more outdoor running gear.

Amazing! Pitcher of Sangria is HUGE and only $20. My friend and I split a regular burger with sauteed onions, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and a chipotle mayo on it on a multi-grain bun. We also shared a Quinoa Veggie Burger on a lettuce wrap with another yummy mayo. Both very yummy. We also shared panko crusted pickle chips. It was a great place. I love good food, good drink and good company. We then headed for a night on the town with some friends.

Sunday was rest day and Sunday Sauce with the fam (of course with kale chips.)

Monday was a 3.7 mi. run and today was the Gym. Since I was sooo cold walking back to the gym I had some TJs carrot and ginger soup to go along with my sauteed kale and my ginger sesame, chicken, veggie, bean stir fry.

Tomorrow may be a rest day because I tutor and get home kinda late. We will see. Hoping for a run on Thursday since it should warm up (40s ekk) a bit.

Um way to be supportive…. I hate negative food advertisements. NO—- go to the gym, eat balanced healthy meals, and indulge in your cravings especially during holiday celebrations. Deprivation is not healthy.
