Food, cold, more food, rest, and more cold.

I have been totally resting the past few days. My knee is still not 100% and I want to be sure it’s okay before I head to the gym or out for a run. I do have to say it doesn’t feel great having to rest, I enjoy working out and it makes me feel better but it is really important to listen to your body. I don’t want it to get worse.

Since I have been snuggling and staying in with this cold weather I have been cooking and taking pics of course 🙂

My dad made this. An amazing baked eggs with parm and garlic and herbs. So good.

I have a bunch of food that I needed to use so I cooked up some arugula for a nice lunch here:








Finally: I had 3 very ripe bananas so I made these awesome cookies! So easy!

Rolled oats, 3 mushed bananas, raisins, veggie oil, vanilla extract and cinnamon. So easy and so yummy! Next time I might add some almond butter! 

Yup this post was all about food. Nothing wrong with that 😉
