Hope you are all staying warm with this insane cold we are having.
My mood is much better and I am back into my work routine, so I am moving on 🙂
Knee is still killing me + too cold to walk to the gym = yoga on demand!
Why did I not think of this before? I did two sessions that were especially for athletes. It felt so good to really stretch my muscles. I am going to keep trying some of the on-demand and maybe find a living social deal for a local yoga place.
Dinner was the spinach- chicken meatballs that I prepped on Sunday, homemade sweet potato fries, and broccoli.
Hoping all goes well at the doctor’s on Thursday so I can get back to running. I need it for my soul 🙂
