Now to my title!
On Sunday I went home to my parent’s house and my dad wanted to test out making homemade ravioli to maybe try for Christmas Eve. He did buy pre-packaged dough squares and then made a filling of pumpkin and heavy cream and some seasoning and we also used my left over butternut squash dip as a filling for some. He made a sauce with cream and chicken broth to pour over them. The verdict: delicious, but they kinda stuck together and some fell apart. It was still an amazing meal but not to serve to a bunch of people on Christmas Eve. PS LOVED my butternut squash dip as a filling- can’t wait to try it with lasagna!
On Thursday my Quest Bar Package arrived that I had been waiting for! When I heard that they were coming out with a S’mores flavor I decided to order a whole box because I knew they wouldn’t disappoint, and boy they didn’t! I decided to cut it in half and try half regular and half broiled. Verdict: BOTH awesome! Delicious graham cracker cinnamony taste with hints of chocolate and marshmallows. SO GOOD!!!! Nice work Quest!
