Happy Hump Day Friends! Can you believe we are a week away from Christmas Eve! There is so much to get done but I am looking forward to it all!

Post Long Run on Saturday, I enjoyed Overnight Oats in an empty PB Jar that my family saved for me (aren’t they the best 🙂 ). Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt, Chia Seeds, Milk, Cocoa Powder, and a Banana.
The WORST overnight oats I made, do not try this at home. I put in Almond Extract- gross, I choked these down because I hate wasting food:
A bowl of warm oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon and PB along with Greek Yogurt and a Banana on the side:
Kale, egg, raisin, Laughing Cow Cheese Omelet along with a Sweet Potato and nut butter on the side:
Salads prepped for the week:
Meal prepped this week, nice and simple. TJs Italian Chicken Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Potatoes. Along with roasted veggies:
My Favorite Greek Salad ever:
Dinner out with my parents. We split the nachos and I got a Cesar Salad with chicken too. It’s all about balance yo’ 🙂

Looking back at my pics I munched on Rice Cakes a lot this week: (PB& J Rice Cake w/ grapes, Cookie Butter Rice Cakes w/ a pear and cinnamon, Rice cake w/ PB & chocolate and PB chips and grapes, and another round of Cookie Butter Rice Cakes w/ a pear and cinnamon):
