Two Desserts: Hazelnut Biscotti and Lemon Bars

My sister gave me this amazing Betty Crocker cook book FILLED with a billion recipes. I am LOVING it!

For Easter I wanted to bake some fun treats that I have never made before so I decided to make Hazelnut Biscotti and Lemon Bars.

For the Biscotti

First mix all the ingredients:

Then form into a ball:

Then form into two long pieces:

Bake:

Cut and lay them cut side down to bake again:

Fresh out the oven:

Serve and enjoy!

For the Lemon Bars

First make the dough for the crust:

Press it down:

Bake:

In the meantime make the Lemon filling:

Pour it over the hot crust and then bake it:

Then sprinkle powdered sugar and enjoy!

Two super yummy and not too difficult desserts! They may have real butter and sugar but I know exactly what into them and to me, that is healthy! 🙂
