Happy WIAW everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays! My Easter weekend was filled with family time, baking, and eating!
My Easter morning started with Coffee, Water, Homemade Easter Bread, two hard boiled Easter eggs, and a very ripe banana with crunchy almond butter.
My mom is cute and still gets us Easter baskets. Some cute Flip Flops, Jelly Beans, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bunnies and Peeps.
For Lunch we had quite a delicious spread of appetizers. I always say I could live off of appetizers.

Leftover Hummus and Pita from the Greek Food we ordered the night before.
My first plate along with some sauteed kale & spinach. We kinda munched on the cheese and crackers for the afternoon. 🙂
There was some chocolate and jelly bean consumption throughout the day as well.
Part 1 of Dinner: a stuffed Artichoke.
Part 2 of Dinner: Lamb with homemade gravy and mint jelly, Orzo, Asparagus with a lemon sauce, and carrots cooked with orange juice.
Fresh Fruit Salad and Homemade Lemon Squares and Hazelnut Biscotti.
Yum! What a FULL day of just lounging and eating. I love days like this just hanging out and eating and being with the fam. It is necessary for the soul. 🙂
