Happy Saturday everyone! I am not going to do a Weekly Workouts post this week since I have been updating all week! Next week is back to the grind, so not as much posting/live posting 🙂
Breakfast for dinner last night, Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancakes with frozen cherries, slivered almonds and some cocoa powder.
Round 2 of Pump and Spin on Saturday morning (no long run 😦 ), after doing the most insane and awesome ride the night before!
Post-Pump/Spin Green Smoothie made with spinach, milk, water, one banana, frozen pineapple, fresh strawberries, a Greek yogurt, rolled oats, and chia seeds all topped with some Kashi Go Lean Crunch.
Fresh Manicure and Pedicure, always so necessary.
I never ever buy coffee anymore (to save $$) but I was craving a good iced coffee after my manicure so I went for one. 🙂
Mexican Food for dinner, guac & chips and a Pulled Chicken, Spinach, Tomato Quesadilla on a whole wheat tortilla.
Chocolate & Vanilla Soft Serve with Reese’s PB Cups on top for dessert.
