Happy WIAW everyone!
Today I am sharing with you all my great eats from Sunday!
Always, coffee & water to start the day.
Pre-yoga snack, Ezekial Toast with almond butter and strawberry with apple slices.
Post-yoga Green Smoothie made with kale, a Greek yogurt, banana, an orange, strawberries and water:
I then headed to my best friend’s Sprinkle for her second baby!
They had quite the spread! I enjoyed half a bagel with cream cheese, a quiche slice, shrimp cocktail, fruit, veggies and cheese and crackers.
For dessert we enjoyed some yummy Napolean cake, cream puffs, chocolate covered strawberries and fruit.
Later on that day after the Sprinkle I went to my parent’s house to enjoy a nice grilled dinner:
Steak, grilled veggies and grilled potatoes with some Sweet Baby Rae’s BBQ sauce on the side. Yummy! I never buy red meat ($$) so it was nice to have it for a change!
