Quick Ankle Update

Hi everyone! I mentioned I would stop in for a quick update about the ankle.


So that’s the good news! But I do have tendinitis and need PT and Orthotics. 😦

I tried going for a run on Tuesday:

I made it 3.5 miles but it wasn’t great. I felt sore and achey and not so great. I think I just need more healing time. 😦

I am going to maybe try and get in a quick run before PT tonight, but we will see.

I will keep you all posted in my Weekly Workouts update over the weekend!
