Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great week! Let’s recap my workouts!
5 am workout club! Full Body Strength Training!

For the life of me, I did not want to go to the gym. It was cold, rainy and dreary but I went anyway. I did a fun elliptical workout and felt awesome afterwards! Once you get to the gym that is more than half the battle.
My workout: 10 minutes on the elliptical with varying resistance, 10 reps of different cardio sets (high knees, burpees, push-ups, etc.) x 3. It was a great workout that left me feeling sweaty!
Then I headed to PT.
After that I met up with my running group to be the paparazzi because I can’t run. It was so fun seeing everyone! They had quite a great turnout!
It was National Running Day and although I didn’t participate, I still thought about it via Instagram.
That afternoon I headed to the gym and did a really awesome Upper Body Resistance Band Workout and a Lower Body/Abs Workout from Peanut Butter Fingers!
I have never used a resistance band before and I really liked it!! I was totally sore from it and it was fun and different way to strength train!
On my walk to the gym I brainstormed this AWESOME cardio workout! I was SO sweaty from it!

Pump + Spin! We did 30 rounds of Tabata!! It was an insane and amazing ride! I feel so awesome, like I have conquered the world after these rides!
Round 2 of Pump and that amazing ride again PLUS a 15 minute run/walk, 1 minute walk, 1 minute run for one mile total. I didn’t feel any pain!! I am hoping that this means I am on the way to recovery! 🙂
Rest day! Except that I volunteered at the NYRR Retro 4 miler! It was a gorgeous day for a race! I cannot wait to get back to running in Central Park this summer!
