Happy WIAW everyone!
Here is a look at my day on Monday!
Coffee, Water & Blog reading then an apple, Ezekial Toast with PB and Jelly.
I then headed to the gym and did some weight lifting.
I wanted to have a lighter Breakfast that was more of a re-fuel because I planned to go swimming after.
A banana, Greek yogurt and cinnamon blended together and a Kashi Bar.
I let that digest then headed to the pool for a 1 mile swim!! I have never swam a mile before and it was awesome and exhausting!
After that I came home and made Lunch:
A gorgeous and yummy salad with spinach, carrots, grapes, chicken, mixed nuts, tomatoes and cucumbers with a sweet potato on the side.
I then went back to the pool to lounge.
I came home and had to celebrate National Watermelon Day with a Snack:
Then my family and I went out to Dinner to celebrate my NASM test!
I started with a side salad and then for dinner grilled chicken with grilled veggies and sweet potato fries on the side.
Then we had some Uncle Louis G’s Italian Ice for Dessert:
Peanut Butter Chip!
