Happy Sunday everyone!
Today I am linking up with Mommy Run Fast and Jill Conyers to share my meal prep this week. I had a wild Friday night haha and prepped then because it was my rest day and I decided to take advantage of the time off!
Just some hard boiled eggs to have along with cereal or something. I have way too many yogurts so that will be my main breakfast this week (smoothies, overnight oats, granola, etc.)
Salads: TJs Chicken, TJs Veggie 8 Mix, Cucumber, Tomato, Chickpeas, Avocado and Beets.
Sweet Potatoes on the side.
TJs Italian Chicken Sausage and homemade baked potato fries.
Plus roasted Brussels sprouts and Yellow Squash sauteed with an onion (not pictured).
That is what I will be munching on this week!
