Happy Wednesday everyone! Today I am sharing some of my delicious recent eats!
Labor Day BBQ- Swiss Burger on an English Muffin with grilled “fries” and veggies.
Post Long Run Fuel from Whole Foods. Chocolate Milk, water, and this amazing turkey, tomato, goat cheese, lettuce, artichoke pesto on a raisin baguette sandwich. The bread made this sandwich everything and more. All about sandwiches from Whole Foods now because I know exactly what it costs rather than praying I am picking out light in weight food from the overpriced salad bar.

My family and I went down the shore on Sunday so here are some pics from there!
There is something about a sandwich on the beach: turkey, hummus, tomatoes and lettuce.

Blackened Mahi Mahi with a watermelon salsa, quinoa and tri-color carrots. I had no idea blackened meant spicy haha but it was still very yummy!
Of course my favorite ice cream in the world (well in the U.S. haha I do have a favorite place in Italy) Hoffman’s, the Jersey Monkey with Hot Fudge.
