TCS NYC Marathon Expo!!

On Thursday, October 29th my sister and I headed to the Jacob Javits Center for the TCS NYC Marathon Expo!! (Warning- this post is picture happy πŸ™‚ )

On the path from Hoboken heading into the city! We get that we are twins a lot, it’s so funny!

Me walking into the Expo (I freaking love how she was like a proud mom documenting everything!!)

On the phone with my Dad telling him I’m walking into the expo.

I LOVE that my sister was able to experience this with me!!!!

TCS NYC Marathon!!!

Waiting patiently to get my bib.

Being handed my bib (how candid and awesome is this!!??)

Getting my shirt, everyone was saying how the small was SMALL, so I picked a medium!

Throughout the expo there were so many cool places to take pics with your bib, here you go:

The front! The right picture shows what it will look like outside, it has all these awesome reflectors on it. They also have those sleeves in it to put your thumbs through! I cannot wait to run with it!

The back!

Do you need a marathon teddy bear just in case? Haha no worries, I didn’t buy it.

I always love the Brooks booth! Porta potty fitting rooms!

How cool is this picture!?

Oh- so I saw this older guy at the Runner’s World booth and I said to my sister he looks so familiar like he could be a famous runner. So then they ended up interviewing me for something for their website and he kept joking with us and talking to us. When I got home that night, scrolling through Instagram, I realized it was Bart Yasso!!! So yes I met him. No, I didn’t get a picture!

After walking around trying some samples and just looking at all the booths Β we bumped into my teammates! It was so nice to see everyone before the big day.

Then we headed back home after a super fun time, soaking in all the marathon energy.

Pretty view when we walked out!

Thank you to my sister, who has been nothing but supportive of me throughout my whole marathon journey. It was so incredible to be there with her!! I will remember it forever! ❀
