Weekly Workouts!

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you had a great weekend! I went to Cycle for Survival, which I will write a separate post on, however it was incredible to say the least! Let’s get on to the workout recap!

Monday

45 minute swim at 6am before work. I didn’t have goggles and paid for it most of the day, my eyes were on fire!

After work I trained my first client!!!! It was so fun and I am so excited to continue working with her!!

Body Pump Audition at the Hoboken NYSC!

I luckily got to go first so then the rest of the audition I just got to let loose and have fun! The last portion of the audition was Zumba and it was such a blast! Just dancing and having fun! I will keep you all posted if I get hired to teach BP!

This week I have concentrated on being more present and fitting it all in while listening to my body. I am not trying to do it all for example PT a workout and teach my class. It’s too much for me mentally and probably physically. I know that with time my hip will get better and I will be able to do the things I enjoy (running, squatting, etc.) but right now that’s not happening. Why dwell on it? Embrace it and work with it.
