This past week we decided to try and use food from the freezer and pantry that needed to be cooked. We did have to supplement but it still was great to not have to buy as many ingredients.
Hamburgers with roasted potato fries using beef from the freezer and English muffins from the freezer.
Quinoa Stuffed Peppers from Skinny Taste. Using canned tomatoes from the pantry, leftover mozzarella and quinoa from the pantry.
Chicken Quesadillas- I don’t think there was anything leftover for this meal- all new!
Since it felt like summer out- grilled steak (from the freezer) and potatoes.
Homemade pizzas, one dough was from the freezer and the mozzarella was leftover along with olives and mushrooms from the pantry.
Beef Stir Fry with beef and frozen veggies from the freezer.
Sunday Dinner- Turkey Meatballs and homemade sauce (not homemade spaghetti- we used some from the pantry).

Overnight oats in an empty PB jar.
Homemade PB granola, Greek yogurt, strawberries and banana.
Brunch with Jen in the city after Cycle for Survival! Omelet made with avocado, gruyere, and mushrooms with a sweet potato hash and side salad.
A yummy latte from my favorite coffee shop in Hoboken before my audition.
Broccoli and a chicken sandwich on Ezekial cinnamon raisin bread. Thanks to Meredith for the recommendation to try it! It’s SO good!
Ohh while killing some time before my audition I also bought this Chocolate Hazelnut tea from the coffee shop and coconut peanut butter from my fav health food store in Hoboken! Gotta stock up on some things when you don’t live there anymore!
