Weekly Workouts!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter, if you celebrate.

Let’s get on to the workout recap!


Remember I said Monday is my new rest day? Well my client ended up cancelling so I decided to head to the gym to do some weights and do part of my ride before I met up with a friend for dinner.

I had a dentist appointment so I made Tuesday my rest day instead of Monday. It all works it way out somehow, right?

Day off! Early morning swim!


Afterwards, I officially colored my hair real purple this time! I decided to bleach it first and then do the purple.



Early AM Body Pump 97 practice. I am cleared to squat again!!! (Just no wide squats or heavy weight. Wide squats hurt my labrum.) I also need to stay clear of lunges.

Later that day it was Jen’s birthday par-tayyy at Sky Zone in Allendale, NJ. Um, jumping on trampolines for an hour and a half is a workout AND a freaking blast!!! Happy Birthday Jen!!!

Practice my Spin playlist for the week. So glad I did because I had a few tweaks that I wanted to make to it. So glad I am back to spinning on my own! My tendinitis is so much better- thank goodness!

That is a wrap-up of my workouts this week! I’m starting to feel like I am back to myself (except for the no running part)!

OH and I passed my audition! I officially can sub/teach Body Pump for NYSC. Woot!!
