Anyway- this past week was super busy but filled with good workouts. Doing what I can despite my injury.
Rest- Trained my client
Body Pump 97 Practice- everything but lunges!
PT + Taught my cycling class
Strength training circuit workout before I taught my cycling class
Bootcamp class + Spin class. It felt so good to get in a super-exhausting-sweaty-double workout!! I had to modify big time in the bootcamp, but I still made it work!
Practiced my ride planned for this week! Sometimes I love taking a class and sometimes it feels great to just get on the bike, throw on headphones and sweat it out alone.
That was my week! A mix of cardio and a mix of strength with some PT thrown in, doing what I gotta do despite this injury!
