I am such a morning workout person. However, I have to be at work by 7:30am which means I have to be up around 4:30am to work out. I’m sorry but anything before 5am is just too early for me. So when I am off, I take FULL advantage of working out in the morning.
Let’s recap the week shall we?
45 minute swim.
Trained my client at 9am (she is off too) and then made it to a Total Body Conditioning class.
Practiced my Spin ride in the AM.
Taught in the PM.
Really amazing morning Body Pump practice, a mix of 96 & 97, increased weight and I felt super sweaty and sore after.
Taught my cycling class that PM.
Another 45 minute swim before I got my purple re-done in my hair- aka no more pool until it washes out again 🙂 The price we pay for beauty.
Bootcamp + Spin- the instructor was a sub and after class gave me her headband because she said everyone needs some sparkle!
