I love how when the seasons change so do our appetites. I am in the mood for fresh veggies and fruit and spring like meals!
Greek Pizza: Homemade hummus on a pita piled hight with chicken, cucumber/peppers tossed in olive oil, balsamic and seasoning and feta. I forgot the kalamata olives but this was delish and perfect for Spring!
I’m still not in the mood for green smoothies but this was so good. Frozen cherries, rolled oats, greek yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa topped with some granola.
