It’s Wednesday, you know what that means! Sharing all the yummy food I have been munching on at home (and occasionally out)!
This was SOO good! Avocado, cashew, shrimp, tomato, celery, onion salad (my dad cooked and blanched the onions for me and my sensitive stomach) and grilled toast.
I made this: Fig and balsamic chicken with a Trader’s Joes cous cous, quinoa, pilaf medley mixed with figs and feta cheese.
A yummy Asian peanut dressing chicken over rice.
And of course, ice cream!
