Weekly Workouts!

Happy Monday everyone! We are not going to talk about this being the last week of summer, okay? Thanks.

Savoring every morning workout possible before my schedule changes. 😦


Rest- I had anxiety/insomnia Sunday night so rest was on the agenda then I trained two clients.


Leg Day- I squatted 55 lbs!


I had been staying away from running because my labrum had been acting up and decided to give it a go. 4 great miles, only a little pain at the end. Afterward my left booty hurt for some weird reason but other than that I was okay!

Rest Day

Once school gets started back up we will see where my schedule takes me. I’m not sure how many clients I will have and what that schedule will look like so once I have a better idea of how that is going to go then I will work around that. I love AM workouts but not 5am more like 7am when I have to be at work. I’ve done the early AM stuff before and although it feels great when you are there, it makes me so tired the rest of the day. It will all work out, it always does! πŸ™‚
