Weekly Workouts!

Happy Monday everyone! How do you like the new theme? I have SO many blog ideas and re-vamping the look was my first step. I have some ideas of archiving old posts, new post ideas, and more. It may take some time but I want to keep working on this update.

But to keep with our regularly scheduled programming here is a recap of last week’s workouts!

Monday

Day off of work= AM workout! Back + Biceps + a Tabata HIIT bodyweight workout. Then I trained my client. We both agreed that working out in the morning is way better than after school!

Tuesday

4 mile run

Wednesday

Chest + Triceps + Shoulders then taught my cycling class.

Before class started a girl had come in to do her own ride and right before my class was starting she asked me if she could finish up her ride and I said no, but you can take my class. She said fine, got a pass and said she would stay for like 5 minutes. Well, she stayed the whole class, came up to me after to say that she couldn’t leave because the ride/music was so good! Those are the moments that make me feel like I really am helping people, it felt so good to hear that she loved the ride!

Thursday

Rest Day- trained a client

Friday

Leg Day! I think Leg Day is literally my favorite day. I squatted 80lbs!

Saturday

Super Sweaty Spin class

Sunday

Back + Biceps + HIIT on the elliptical. I had planned to run but with the rain I decided it wasn’t worth it! Decided to switch up the schedule for this upcoming week!
