Weekly Workouts!

Happy Monday everyone! How was your weekend? Mine was a BLAST- celebrating Jen & John’s wedding in Binghamton, recap to come soon!

This past week was filled with some great workouts, let’s recap shall we?

Monday

4 mile speedy run!

Tuesday

Chest/Triceps/Shoulders

Wednesday

Early AM run because I had the day off!

Then I trained a client and taught my cycling class later that evening.

Thursday

Rest Day- mani & pedi time!

Friday

Took a personal day so I could head up early for Jen’s wedding, so I snuck in Leg Day in the AM before we left.

Who says lifting doesn’t make a sweaty as* workout?! 🙂

Saturday

The hotel we stayed at had a sick gym and classes! I took literally the hardest boot camp class of my life. I kind of died.

Sunday

Rest! After a tough boot camp class and a whole night of dancing, this girl needed some rest!
