Happy Monday everyone! Back to the daily grind, womp, womp… Less than a month until Christmas break- I can do it, I can do it! 🙂 Let’s see last week’s workouts…
Total Body Strength superset style of opposing muscle groups. For example- back and chest, 3 sets of 10-12 then on to the next set of muscle groups.
3 mile quick run- it’s getting dark so early, I have to wear my fluorescent vest now!
