I’m back with some more pictures of food. I’m not going to lie and say after Thanksgiving my eating/thoughts were just off. I was wayyyy to stuffed after dessert on Thanksgiving and that thought kind lingered with me all weekend. But I still tried to listen to what my body wanted/needed and ate that way. Intuitive eating is really hard, but I am trying. 🙂

When a craving strikes…
I saw these protein bars at TJs and decided to try one. I am not big into fake protein bars but the fact that the protein comes from real food is pretty awesome. I didn’t love this flavor though, but I did buy a chocolate coconut one, I will let you know the verdict on that one!
